1. Nail Health Policy

For the safety and hygiene of all clients, service will be refused if nails show signs of fungus, infection, or severe damage.

2. Liability

I am not responsible for any injury, harm, or damage that occurs AFTER the appointment.

I will give advice based off the health of your natural nails but if you choose to not follow, that is on you.

3. Deposit

A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required on services over $25 to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit goes toward your total balance and will be deducted at checkout.

  • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

4. Payment Methods

DO ACCEPT the following options:

  • Tap to pay

  • Cash

  • Cashapp

  • Zelle

  • Card payment (online)

I DO NOT ACCEPT the following options:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Apple pay

  • Installments (Klarna, Afterpay, ect.)

5. Cancellations/Rescheduling

  • Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit and require a new one to rebook.

6. Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.

  • if there has been no communication after 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a no-show.

7. No Shows

  • If you pass the 20 minute grace period with no communication, your appointment will be canceled and you will not get a refund for your deposit or any money you've paid towards your appointment even if you've already paid in full.

  • Someone else could have taken your slot and it's a waste of my time. Therefore, if you no-show, you will be banned from booking with me from that point on.

8. Guests

NO extra guest are allowed to come to the appointment with the client unless it is a parent.

Additional guests are only allowed if they are also receiving services.

9. No Smoking

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or around my suite.
