Tier 3 includes:

• 3D art

• sculpted art

• Bling frenchtips

• Different designs on every finger and hand

• Small detailed art

• Some Pop art on 1-2 fingers

Tier 3 does not include:

• Full Bling nails

• Pop art on multiple nails

• Ombre with acrylic
