At New Set Alert, I strive to create a relaxing and professional experience for every client. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, please review my booking policies below:
1. Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
-This deposit goes toward your total balance and will be deducted at checkout.
-Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
-All foot services are required to be paid IN FULL when booking.
2. No Smoking
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or around the salon premises.
3. Cancellations/Reschedule
Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee or loss of your deposit.
Late cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit and require a new one to rebook.
No-shows will result in a $20 fee ON TOP of your deposit. Please don't waste my time. <3
4. Nail Health Policy
For the safety and hygiene of all clients, service will be refused if nails show signs of fungus, infection, or severe damage.
5. Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.
• After 20 minutes, if there has been no communication, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
6. Guests
Each client may bring one (1) guest with them to their appointment. Additional guests are only allowed if they are also receiving services.
